Ryan O’ Neal admits to Vanity Fair that he hit on his own daughter at Farrah Fawcett’s funeral. “I had just put the casket in the hearse and I was watching it drive away when a beautiful blond woman comes up and embraces me … I said to her, ‘You have a drink on you? You have a car?’ She said ‘Daddy, it’s me – Tatum!’ I was just trying to be funny with a strange Swedish woman, and it’s my daughter. It’s so sick.”
Tatum, a talented child star, has battled a drug addiction for years. Last June she was arrested for purchasing crack a few blocks from her home. If I had a father who had the potential to hit on me, I might resort to hard drugs as well. Tatum didn’t seem too phased by the fact that her father found her attractive. “That’s our relationship in a nutshell," she told Vanity Fair. "You make of it what you will. It had been a few years since we’d seen each other and he was always a ladies’ man, a bon vivant.”
Ryan O’ Neal seems like a real piece of work. When asked if he's sorry he had children, O'Neal nodded and said, "A couple of them I would take back.” He added "I don't think I was supposed to be a father," and put in another nice comment for good measure. “Just look around at my work -- they're either in jail or they should be."
