Liz 4Gawky Miss Rumer Does Good

Gawky ~ and often times made fun of ~ Rumer Willis did good at this year’s Golden Globe Awards. The twenty-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis handed out trophies as “Miss Golden Globe” an honor bestowed on a son or daughter of a celebrity.
Poor Rumer has taken a lot of jabs for her unique look. She once told Page Six she was shocked to be on People Magazine's 100 Sexiest People list. "After being compared to Jay Leno for so long, you don’t think of yourself in that way." Maybe it’s our faint distain for celeb-kids who seem to have the world handed to them on a silver platter, or maybe it is Rumer’s crazy hobo clothes and outlandish hair debacles that have made her an easy target. Whatever the case, the up-and-coming starlet showed grace and poise on last night’s stage.
While presenting the award for Best Supporting Actor, Demi Moore took time to add a sweet moment to the awfully one-note ceremony. Moore told the audience how proud she was of her daughter, then made a “funny” by telling Rumer not to slouch.
