Gate's Ban on the iPhone

Nerd extraordinaire Bill Gates and wife Melinda has put a ban on iPhones and iPods in their household. Melinda told Vogue Magazine, “There are very few things that are on the banned list in our household. But iPods and iPhones are two things we don’t get for our kids.” Granted their kids are twelve, nine and six, but an underlying grain of humor can be seen in the fact that the heirs of Microsoft are denied these popular mainstream luxuries.
In the interview with Vogue, Melinda mentioned her curiosity towards the iphone: Every now and then I look at my friends and say 'Ooh, I wouldn't mind having that iPhone.
I’m sure the Gates aren’t starving for lack of electronics. I’m also sure one of the Gates kids will “sneak” an Apple product into the house somehow.
